P7685 Dual Input pH Controller with 2 proportional control relays and dual 4-20mA output

P7685.010 pH/mV controller for panel mounting. The P7685.010 can take dual inputs from both a pH probe and a Redox probe with a  range 0 - 14.00 pH or 0 - ±1000 mV.

The P7685.010 has two control relays for on / off, PFM for proportional control of metering pumps, or PWM for proportional control solenoid valves, an alarm relay with delay timer and a dual 0 - 20mA or 4-20mA isolated current output.

The P7685.010 has an additional auto clean relay output with freeze and hold to operate a cleaning device for water wash or air blast cleaning of the electrode.

P3647W simple pH Controller with 2 x on / off control relays in surface mounting enclosure

P3647-W Surface mounting pH controller in weatherproof enclosure with flip lid and range of 0 - 14.00pH. The P3647-W has simple analogue controls for easy calibration and adjustment of the two control relays with delay timers.

Ideal for on/off control electronic dosing pumps or solenoid valves. Isolated 4-20 mA current output for use with a PLC / Data-logger.

Surface Mount pH Controller M05-pH

MO5-pH pH controller in surface mounting IP65 enclosure with range 0 - 14.00 pH.

The M05-pH has three control relays, an alarm relay with delay timers, flow sensor input, level sensor input and two isolated 4 -20mA current outputs.

Quick release inline pH electrode holder - PES-1-QR

Inline pH electrode holder with quick release

The PES-1-QR is out inline pH electrode holder for use in 3/4" pipework. 

The unit allows a pH electrode to be held in pipework to give a continuous online pH measurement when accompanied with an appropriate pH instrument. 

The PES-1-QR allows the quick release of the pH electrode for maintenance or buffering / calibration.

The inline pH electrode system forms part of the pipework as a permanent installation and the pH electrode can be easily removed in minutes without the need for special tools.

Inline pH electrode system for larger diameter pipes - PES-2-QR

For larger diameter pipework we offer the PES-2-QR which works with our PS183-20B from the industrial pH probe range.

The PES-2-QR is designed to become part of the pipework and the specially manufactured quick release fitting is designed to allow the pH probe to be removed easily form inline pH electrode system in minutes - without the need for special tools. 

The PES-2-QR inline pH electrode system is normally solvent welded into 2" diameter pipework.

Retractable pH electrode system - Lock-n-Load

The lock-n-load inline pH electrode system differs from our standard range by offering a unique internally sealed retractable mechanism. 

With normal inline pH electrode systems the process needs to be stopped and the measured fluid needs to be isolated and drained before the pH electrode can be removed. 

With the Lock 'N' Load system - the process doesn't need to be stopped the pH probe in the Lock 'N' Load is simply retracted, locked into place, and the probe can be removed while the system is completely sealed. 

There are no need for valves, retaining cables, or special tools - the lock 'n' load means that probes can be removed from pipework in a matter of minutes.

The pH Transmitter is field mounting instrument for remote mounting away from a secondary device which may be controlling, recording or logging the pH.

Our P3630-W pH transmitter is supplied in a weatherproof housing for mounting close the pH electrode system which maybe at a remote location.

Applications include effluent discharge monitoring which maybe up to 1000 metres from the receiving device.

AWE Direct News:- New Teflon Junction pH Electrodes and Redox Electrodes

We are now able to supply our P8000-10B series high performance combination pH electrodes with a porous teflon liquid junction, and our R8000-10B series of high performance combination redox electrodes with a porous liquid junction.

The new range of P8000 pH Electrodes and R8000 Redox Electrodes are ideal for solutions which are incompatible with ceramic. Some chemical blends involving strong acids or strong alkali solutions can slowly dissolve the ceramic junction. Other substances can block the ceramic junction such as biological effluents which contain fats, oils or greases. 

The P8000-10B porous teflon liquid junction pH electrodes and R8000-10B high performance liquid teflon junction redox electrodes aim to eliminate these concerns.
